while shopping for a new computer after our 6 yr old hard drive quit on the old one, I went to Connecting Point. Patient, very informed on his products, and no pressure at all. I wound up going from our old Windows PC, to a Mac. The salesperson showed me some of the differences I would encounter until i felt comfortable with my decision. during the next several weeks when EVER we had questions or just needed help setting something up, they were there.. all we had to do was pick up the phone and someone was always able and willing to help.
