I lived in Texas City last year, moved to Webster and still I go back to Texas City and Food King for my groceries. The staff there is incredible! The store itself is small, but has what I need, the prices very reasonable. You are treated as if they have known you forever, just friendly and a joy to shop in. If you can't find something you buy all the time, ask the manager and He/She will do their best to get it in the store.
