I've rented from this location (Hackettstown, NJ) since 2005, maybe 45 days total. First the good: until yesterday, the experience has always been outstanding. I'm a car nut and getting a good deal on a rental of a new or near new car makes my day(s) - I scope out the lot as my rental time draws near to see what they currently have available, which is always changing.
