There customer service is horrible. I had a $3,500 a/c unit installed last spring and the unit has not been able to keep up with the demands ever since. I called last year a month after the install and they begrudgingly came back out after complaining enough and they simply looked at the unit and said our install is fine. Due to all the hot weather this summer, it was very noticeable and decided to call again. They never returned my calls and after five days of calling I was told that my account has been cancelled. What does that mean? They won't support custo
