I went to Mountain Dental because it is a partner with Delta Dental, my insurance company. Delta says that if I pay the co-pay, the rest of the service is covered. I was really surprised to get a bill from Mountain Dental, for a balance they said Delta didn't cover---especially because balance billing isn't legal in Colorado, and Delta prohibits it. When I called to question the bill, they said there was a mistake, and waived the charges. But the fact that they balance-billed makes me really uncomfortable, like they were trying to take advantage. I wo
