Have used Hewitt exclusively for a number of years, and they always perform and I always feel like I've been treated fairly. Their twice a year maintenance/inspection service is a sound investment. When one of my ancient A/C units went out, my home warranty tried to say it was a pre-existing condition. As Hewitt had inspected it twice in the year leading up to that, I was able to prove the failure of the unit was recent and occurred after the home warranty took effect. My deductible was minor compared to the $3,000 I saved, had the unit not been covered.
