This used to be an excellent Mercedes & Volvo shop. However, in the past 12 months everything has changed. The service has become substandard, shoddy and the jobs never finished on time. One can not get an accurate quote or diagnosis, a return phone call or anything that resembles the customer oriented place this used to be. I do not know what has happened to Rick (owner), but instead of taking care of the few customers he has left he is driving them away.
