We have had our 2012 Fusion for over a year and there was white paint or some substance on the passenger arm rest from the day we bought it........We had some other service done with Mike E. and I asked to have the white substance removed.....There was no problem at all with this and the dealer service. People took care of it even though we had the Fusion for over a year....
