I was promised by Brad that the carpet they installed were gonna be replaced due to a installation issue after he came to my house to look at the complain I have, he even had his daughter with him. Even with diligent followup calls, excuses after excuses from Allison as to when the replacement will be done. Then came the lies... schedules me for a replacement but no-call, no show. Brenda tells me that the company does not have the money to do the replacement... weeks became months. Carpet was never replaced.
