This is a company I would definitely NOT use for any of my plumbing needs. First of all the lady that answered the phone when making my initial call was very unprofessional. Lots of background noise and talking, even sounded like a baby crying. Then when the guy finally showed up to give us an estimate, he was 1 hour late. I would have expected at least a phone call if they were running behind schedule. Then of all things, I guess they either didn't need the business very bad or oops forgot to get back with us with the estimate. We figured 2 weeks is plenty l
