Worst plumbing service of all time! I can't speak for other Roto Rooters but this one has rude staff, unhelpful and uneducated repairmen and if you show any dissatisfaction they will put you on the "No Work" list. Our company has used other companies for years now and couldn't be happier getting away from Roto Rooter.
