If they give you a quick appointment, it will probably be with an inexperienced stylist who is being shadowed. I could have just as well gone to SuperCuts. My hair was washed and dried, but the cut was a standard layered cut with no style like I asked for. My daughter's long hair was cut dry and not styled. I would expect that at Supercuts, but I thought this was a full-service salon. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this salon.
