I called to report a trouble with my high speed internet thats hasnt worked properly in months and i was told i would have to pay a service fee! The issue is with their equipment that needs to be upgraded ive had the same crappy equipment for 9 years. I also called in to report that my movies on demand wasnt working properly and i was talk down to by the tech. I have a six bed room home and they wanted me to unplug every box and wire to reset the system when ive already done that. When Bluffton gets a new provider im leaving this horrible company.
