DON'T BUY FROM NEIL AT NATIONAL AUTO OUTLET IN FLORENCE!! This man is a crook. We purchased a vehicle at the end of November to drive to California and he promised to send the title to us within twenty days. Over two months later he hasn't send the title and we are leaving the USA, wanting to sell the car but can't without the title.
