Not the dentist for busy schedules- They are supposed to call two days before to confirm your appointment. I did not receive this call, though the employee says she called and left a message that miraculously did not show up in my voice mail. The next day they called while I was in class- left a message to call by noon- which I did not get until 3:45. I called them back and they had already canceled my appointment and given it to someone else. I find it unprofessional to expect a call back within several hours in the middle of a workday, especially after they had
