Great Salesman, Horrible Service. We received great service from the owner and office staff while deciding which window treatments to purchase, however, there was no follow through when it came to installation. The owner visited our house to take measurements, however, ordered the wrong sized blinds for three windows. He attempted to collect the balance due before agreeing to provide replacement blinds arguing that it%u2019s normal for there to be a 2 to 3 inch gap between the blind and window casing.
