I went to this salon based on recommendations from others. What they forgot to tell me was to ask for the owner, Lori Coles, to do my hair. I was given to a stylist named Kiya. She had no idea what she was doing. She washed and conditioned my hair just fine. But when it came time for the actual cutting and styling I was appalled. It took her almost an hour to cut my hair.
