I rented a car from the Highway 51 location during a Holiday when they were closed. I was told I would be charged accordingly but I was not and I was actually overhcharged. I had a great experience the first time I rented from them. The second time I rented the manager got involved because of the holiday and it was a the worst experience. I do not recommend this Enterprise until a manager change has been made. The fact they overcharged was bad enough but the lack of any sort of customer service from the manager made it even worse.
