I run a small custom jewelry shop and recently ordered some beads from Jessy's Gems just to be charged and then refunded due to the item not being in stock. Jessy then lets me know its been out of stock for 2 weeks and she just didn't manage her website correctly. I have had to postpone 3 orders due to this and now have to wait up to 5 days to get my return processed. Take my word for it don't bother order your items somewhere you know you'll get what you paid for and don't pay for something that isn't even available. This was my first time shopping through this
