DO NOT use them. It's going on three weeks and we still don't have it repaired. We had to call after two weeks to find out what was going on with the part and they could not get in touch with their tech. When they finially came out it was the wrong part. Another week to get part because they would not have it shipped overnight. Temps in the 90's and NO AIR. Management would not even talk to me, one person says they're in a meeting and the other says they're gone for the day. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT EVEN A ONE STAR RATING
