I have used this drycleaner since my last review of the place (in February 2010 I gave them 2 stars). Never again. They did a very poor job pressing 3 of about 12 shirts I took in last week. I went in this morning to ask them to re-do them, and they said no. So I asked for my money back (this place is cash only!). Of course they said no. I asked to speak to a manager, and the person I was speaking to told me he was the manager. I then asked for the owner, and he said I wasn't allowed to talk to him.
