Very Unreliable Service! After a missed appointment by the company; the service technician came on May 29 at 7:00am; diagnosed the issue and said he was going to update my Home Warranty Company in a hour and asked me to follow up with then after 4 hours. It has been five days and my Home Warranty company has not received his diagnosis from Hot Shot Appliance Service.
