IMHO best to go through other Newport Beach realtors for beach and coastal renting. Their properties are not well maintained or cleaned. The sales agents told our family and friends whatever it took to get our business but not keep up their end. The office is a zoo on Saturdays and if their handymen are handy it's for something other than fixing broken appliances and plumbing. Burr White often inspects inside properties without advance notice or a good reason so lock up your valuables.
