BEWARE! These guys are NOT Audi authorized service providers, despite what they may tell you. I chose to visit this shop after not being able to get my audi into the local dealership for a repair. I was ready to move away from dealerships thinking the service at a local shop would be more personal and cheaper. I specifically asked if they were an authorized Audi service provider as it was important to me to find a place that was, and they said yes.
