We were regular customers of Fairfax Cleaners for over seven years. However, something has clearly changed as of late. When I arrived to pick up dry cleaned shirts, I was informed that one of them had a ripped elbow. Moreover, they insisted I had brought it in for cleaning ALREADY RIPPED. Huh? They told me that this is very common, happens all of the time and the elbow area of shirts "just wears out." In seven years, not one ripped shirt. All of a sudden they rip??
