If you currently rent or looking to rent from FOUNTAIN REALTY/COLDWELL BANKER, be careful. I just moved from one of their properties after 3 1/2 years. I cleaned the house from top to bottom and had the carpets professionally cleaned. They are charing me for carpet cleaning because it wasn't done correctly, water, air filters, a dish on the roof that I never had dish network, door stoppers, bent screen on door, additional cleaning when there was none to be done.
