I had a horrible experience with IMI Furniture in Sterling and will never shop there again. I ordered a custom dining room table and chairs from the company. The dining room table that I received did not match the specifications that the IMI designer and I discussed. According to the customer service manager, the designer abandoned her job. Still, IMI took the word of a fired former employee over mine. The owner, Fernando Rodriques, refused to take my calls and ignored emails and snail mail.
