I've been bringing my cars for years to Westgate Shell for my inspections and auto needs. After today I will NEVER take my car there again!!! They knew my tags were dead and my car failed emissions so I was in a rock and a hard place. John the manager told me over the phone that he would give me a great deal. I must have been a sucker because he charged me $582 just to change one oxygen sensor. The oxygen sensor part at a regular auto store is around $95 . My stepson took the car into get it fixed.
