they called to confirm, showed up when they said they would and came back twice with additional parts to fix a very complicated problem without charging us more than the original quoted price. The repair man was also very professional and pleasant to have in my home. He even showed me how to do maintenance on our refrigerator's compressor to extend it's life, even though he didn't even come in to repair the fridge. I highly recommend them!
