I hade some small issues on my car, felt no pressure to buy anything I asked if it could hold off cause of the rising gas prices.I was treated with up most respect as if I spent 200.00 dollars,I felt they were fealing the same struggle as myself told me when I can afford it they went through step by step on what was the most important thing to do first last time I was there the two gentalmen were not there I have been a faithfull customer at the same Big RAYS for years and that was the most comfortable I was since I have been there or any oil change for that matter Thin
