THERE IS SOOOO MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY, but it can be summed up in one sentence . NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Here is Why? 1) Before I was a local independent gas station over without any brand. James River Petroleum expresses their interest in converting my station into either Citgo or Valero (They had rebate incentives) I was told and written in contract that I will get 15000 dollars as incentive credit to sign 5 year contract with citgo ITS BEEN 8 months since I signed the contract and have not seen a penny coming in.
