The people were nice but the tiles they sold us were missrepresented. We were shopping for a black plain tile but when the tiles arrived we noticed a "haze" in 90% of the tiles. We were told that vinegar and water would remove it. We tried to clean them over and over again. We even paid a professional floor cleaning company to find out that the tiles "...are like that.". Well, that was not .what we picked in the showroom. After spending over $ 5,000 in new tiles and installation, now we have to cover the floor with a carpet. Inspect your tiles!
