I was accused of using lotion that was displayed. After my session, AMY insisted that i pay for the entire bottle- She stated that it was not a TESTER and i had to pay for it. I told her NO, that i was not going to pay for it.... TERRIBLE customer service. Do not go there. Save your money and go to a local Tan Salon like Simple Ritchie's where they know how to treat people.
