I will NEVER return. This is the worst haircut AND highlight I have ever had! I had hair to my rear and I wanted it to my mid-back. It is now to my shoulders! She had no clue what she was doing and just kept hacking it off until I started to cry and THEN someone else stepped in to attempt to fix it. They couldn't. She still charged me full price. She messed up on the highlights and had they had to be fixed and they still look horrible. She was the receptionist who I am sure just wanted to play hairdresser and RUIN peoples hair.
