I'm a builder who hired them for a client, called at least ten times to schedule to work, never received a call back. When I finally talked to the owners son,was told that they don't schedule jobs, they just come into work and decide in the morning what to do . Made it very difficult to work with them on a professional basis. Then after they did the work, they billed myclient direct, eliminating any markup on the project.
