Received quote and selected this contractor to install a complete Rheem 3 ton system, and Kenmore water heater that we purchased from sears. Installation was completed December 20-21st 2012. After the installation, water heater was leaking out of the pressure valve, and the entire area smelled like gas. We were told a paid invoice / receipt would be emailed to us, however, we keep receiving a Proposal/Quote instead of a receipt that we requested with the certification numbers, model/serial numbers, and Alabama gasfitters certification number.
