Highly overpriced alterations and the end result is very poor. I paid over $60 just to tailor the jacket, and for that priced I expected good quality work. Instead, the creases now bubble and I looks like the alterations were done by a 10 year old. Before their alterations the suit looked good, it just didn't fit, but now I don't think I will ever be wearing it again. Furthermore, it took them over two weeks to get the jacket back to me. I have no idea how they got the "Best of Hampton Roads 2010" award. Avoid that place at any cost.
