she really snows you with her initial meeting. she talks a very good game & her percentage is about half of the rest of them, but she does a lousy job. (you get what you pay for)On my mother's house she had everything set up, but she didn't take the big pieces out of garage or living room so you could barely walk thru. then she didn't ck on zoning laws for her signs so they kept taking her signs off the street, & she charged ME for them, & the ads which were not mentioned in the contract. after I read reviews here, I kept a very close eye on t
