I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. Christi White has no idea of how to run a catering business. She was unavailable after she received the first deposit which is non refundable. She and her staff should not even have a license to cater a birthday party for puppies. She served chicken and gravy at our wedding when we ordered chicken marsala. She said that it's because the chef (short order cook) used rue to thicken the sauce because we requested no mushrooms. She also called the Bride To Be and said "I'm beginning to think you're smoking crack
