Keith Glover scheduled an appointment to come to our home at 1pm on a Monday afternoon, never leading on that he may be early. You can imagine my boyfriend's surprise when he showed at 10am as he was leaving for work. My boyfriend explained to Mr. Glover he was headed to work and that if he came back at the scheduled appointment time someone would be here to let him in.
