Review
Dr Hallstrom is a criminal. We presented our beautiful 10 year old cat, Teddy, to Doctor Hallstrom at Norfolk Dog and Cat Hospital for mild cold or flu like symptoms on Jan 21, 2013. Dr Hallstrom forced a medically unnecessary enema on our already weakened cat and then doused him in icey-cold water ostensibly to "clean him up." Teddy was then caged in frigid temperatures without even being dried off until we were called to collect him four hours later. Teddy was thrust back in to our arms by a disgruntled nurse while he was still damp-wet and shiver
