I recently moved out of an apartment managed by Real Property management. Upon vacating the apartment I washed walls and baseboards, cleaned the refrigerator and stove, replaced burned out light bulbs, cleaned bathrooms, vacuumed all carpets, mopped floors, used a toothbrush to clean window tracks, vacuumed cabinets and wiped down drawers and cabinets, used furniture polish to clean outside of all cabinets, and thoroughly cleaned the apartment in hopes to get most of my deposit back.
