I brought in my jeep for service. my handicap tag was stolen. then brought in again for service and they rotated my tires without my permission. car immediately did not drive right. found when i was on the highway and hit rough road the car would go into a serious shimmy where i had to slow to 30 mph to regain control. brought it in numerous times but they could not fix it. brought it to a local repair shop and they said i needed new tires. i had tires for life program with the dealer but of course milford jeep never saw my tires were in need of replacement. needless to say
