Laura is a butcher. She is unable to hear what you want or give a decent hair cut. I look like I went to one of those 7 dollar hair places! I took in a photo of a Bob cut. I told her that I liked the shape of it. When she asked if I wanted it that short I said I wouldn t mind keeping the length, which was only an inch or so anyway. She talked about layering it. I reminded her that there was no need to do so. I indicated the photo showed no sign of layering. We went round about this several times.
