After calling to cancel an appt. I had made for a repair, I was asked by Debbie the receptionist "why" I was cancelling. After explaining to her that I could buy an entirely brand new garage door opener for $99 and install it myself, she SCOFFED at me and practically hung the phone up on me. She acted as though what I was telling her was un-imaginable and it was the most extremely unprofessional conversation I have EVER had. Unfortunately, my Father and I have recommended this company to many customers in the past that we've worked for in the remodeling bus
