This Sunday morning at around 4:30AM the water heater in my rental home final blew after 19 years. It's amazing how much damage 40 gallons of water can do when the water heater is in the attic of a 2 story home. I pulled Get Smart Plubming off the internet and called them around 10AM. By 5:30PM he had located, picked up and installed a new heater. This was not easy since being in an attic, it required a hard to find 19in diameter heater to fit through the attic access panel in the ceiling.
