Had 200-350 square feet of carpet cleaned. Was told by rep that for $545 dollars they would guarantee that all pet urine odor would be gone. I asked if they would need to pull up carpet to clean under etc. and was told no, that the product they use gets all the way down to the hard wood and disolves all the odor causing crystals. Was told for a lesser price they could make the carpet better but could not guarantee the results. I agreed to pay $545 for the guarantee. 3 weeks after the carpet was barley starting to dry and odor was still there. Called and spoke with rep
