Does not pay subcontractors! Subcontractor has been in a struggle to be paid for 15 months,(over a year) filed a lawsuit, they settled, AND THEN WOULD NOT PAY THE SETTLEMENT. Subcontractor had to RE-SUE IN SUPERIOR COURT, and as to date they have not been paid! President Bahram Mabassaghi has nothing but lie about payment! DO NOT work for this contractor if you want to get paid, and do not hire them if you want to see workers paid! This Company will do nothing but lie, cheat and steal your money.
