Went to the wine tasting at this still under construction winery. WoW ! Blown away ! All natural, UN-processed wines! Just like the home town wineries in France and Italy. Many interesting varieties - all with a unique aroma and taste. A pleasant surprise in every bottle. Not what you would expect from a small-town hard-to-find new venture ! Well worth the trip if you are within 100 miles.... A must see on any wine tour of the Valley. ( And just in case you wondered - No : I don't work there )
