My mom got a new front load washer/dryer set with peddestools from a store. The washer walked and the company said call Dickson. Firstly, they never called to say they were actually coming. After they arrived they weren't here but a few minutes. They never laid a fingur on the machines. His advice was to see if the store would swp for a top load washer. Said front loads were intended to be on a concret floor. And they left. They weren't rude. They just didn't care. If they would have looked they would have found that the store did not set the machines up right. Inst
